Thunder Bay Batter of the Month

American League
THUNDER BAY -- Matt Holiday of the Lincoln Tunnel rats has been named the American League Player of the Month Award for July.  Holiday was on fire for most of the month as he batted .355 with 8 HR and 27 RBI.  He also had a league high 27 runs scored in the month.

THUNDER BAY -- Prince Fielder of the Beartooth Bitteroots was named July Player of the Month Award for the National League.  Fielder was dominant in July, swatting 16 HR and driving in 33 runs while batting a lofty .453.  Fielder now has 43 HR on the season.
