The 2013 All Start Game
Citi Field, New York - The All Star Game was played on a hot and humid night in New York City and the National League proved they were the superior team.   The NL held on to a 6-5 win over the American League and have a 6-4 record in the 10 All Star Games played in the TBBL.  Robinson Cano of Moon was named MVP after collecting 3 hits including a homer.  The NL clubbed 3 homers in pitcher friendly Citi Field.

The American League jumped out to the early 1-0 lead in the 2nd inning when Curtis Granderson scored on a fielders choice by Carlos Ruiz.  The National League stormed back in the bottom of the 3rd on the HR by Buster Posey and led 3-1 heading into the 4th inning.  The AL came right back and took a 4-3 lead after Shin-Soo Choo blasted a deep HR off Johnny Cueto into the RF seats.

The NL answered right back in the bottom of the 4th as Josh Hamilton smoked a line drive HR off King Felix followed up by a solo blast by Robbie Cano.  The American League mounted a threat in the top of the 8th but Yadier Molina was gunned out at the plate to end the threat.  Three up and three down in the top of the 9th and the National League held on to win 6-5.
